How We Treat


We use a variety of techniques to provide relief from joint and muscular pain:

  • Manipulation and mobilisation of joints manually
  • Mobilisation of ligaments, muscle and tendons with soft tissue massage, stretching and myofascial release techniques
  • Electrotherapy, including ultrasound and interferential
  • Acupuncture
  • Exercise and rehabilitation

All sessions will be the same price irrespective of what treatment options are most effective for you. 

You will be fully assessed, offered a working diagnosis on the first visit and then treatment options discussed, agreed and commenced also in the first session.

If we feel your ailment is not within our scope of practice we will discuss this with you, and with your consent, discuss this with your GP, or refer you to the the relevant specialist field (with your agreement at all times).
